How am I best suited to help you?

Now that you have an idea of the types of services that I can offer you as well as some of the tools that I am familiar with, you may be wondering where my strengths lie?

I LOVE to organize “stuff”!

I love turning chaos into a clean, streamlined, ORGANIZED system whether it's a junk drawer in my house or files in a physical filing cabinet, an online cloud-based account or a digital server environment. I love making sure naming conventions are consistent. I also love documenting the steps in a process and then combining a collection of detailed processes into an Operations manual.

My love of organization also extends into the realm of proofreading, editing and formatting. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve read a document, blog post, newsletter or social media post and have been frustrated on behalf of the author because they didn’t catch their misuse of “their”, “there” or “they’re”, not to mention typos and sentences that stop halfway on the page only to pick back up later on down the page. Having been described as “precision-oriented”, I love to help others keep an accurate and consistent feel throughout their content.

And lastly, still keeping to the theme of organizing, I am extremely proficient in CRM system/database management. The key to a good database system truly is consistent data entry. A database is only as strong – and useful – as the data being stored in it. Records that are incomplete or data that has been entered in a willy-nilly fashion makes it much more challenging to use the CRM system/database effectively. I love setting up the rules needed to ensure consistent data entry and use.

Can you use an extra pair of hands to help you run your business? I look forward to helping you achieve your “one day” goals today by handling your admin tasks and one-off project needs with accuracy, open communication and integrity. Ultimately, I want to build a long-term, effective partnership with you.

HELPING YOU TURN “ONE DAY” INTO TODAY.
